1General Terms & Conditions

9bdb (bundles.9bdb.app) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, and activities on 9bdb.

2Account Register

KYC (Know Your Customer) The verification process is a mandatory part of 9bdb. Prior to a large withdrawal for the first time, or in cases of suspicious activity, 9bdb may request your identity document (National ID/Passport) and proof of address.

• Only one account can be created per phone number or email address.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

9bdb supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT. Deposits are generally instant; withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: BDT 5,00,000
• It is recommended that your withdrawal method match the payment method used for your deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in another person's name are not permitted.

9bdb reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transaction pending investigation. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the associated funds will be forfeited.

4Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds generally cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x has been completed.

• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.

5Gaming Rules

All games on the 9bdb platform — Live Casino, slots, fish games, and Sports Betting — operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predetermined by 9bdb or any player.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, 9bdb will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming software will be forfeited.

6Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 9bdb. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Hacking the platform's software or using bots and automated tools.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other players.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass mandatory geographic restrictions.
• Assisting minors (under 18) in creating an account.

7Account Closure & Suspension

9bdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Confirmed breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By court order or direction from a regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. If a valid balance remains, it will be refunded subject to KYC verification.
